What I collect

This website has no forms and does not collect personal data itself. If you call, email or message me on WhatsApp, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

I use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation you have asked for. Under UK GDPR the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and, where relevant, my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your data or use it for marketing. Emails you send are held by my email provider, and messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how I use it. Email or phone me to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page shows an embedded Google map, so Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies when those load. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely.
